Street Art Sunday, Edition #51: Trudging, Cursing Through

The sidewalks were not my friend yesterday.  Combine heavy wet boots with a few hills/neglected sidewalks and well, you have Toronto, right now.  I fell on Dundas; making a comical oops-type noise on the way down.  It wasn’t as bad as my fall two weeks (exactly) ago but the ground was wetter and to add insult to injury, once on my feet I was hit by car slush (!!!). A few minutes after it happened I couldn’t help but laugh. The important thing? I didn’t drop my camera!

Street Art Sunday, Edition #50: Injecting

Pulled off a quick alley walk today to inject a little colour into my Sunday. Winter is such a bummer and today was no exception.  The colour has been drained from nature but not from the city!

On another note: STREET ART SUNDAY, FIFTIETH EDITION! 50. 5-0.  Halfway to 100. Awesome!

Street Art Sunday, Edition #49: The First Of 2015!

Yesterday morning  I took the subway to Union and then weaved the streets and alleys back home.  One great thing about any walk home from downtown is that often the route takes me right through Kensington Market.  Ever changing, Kensington strolls are always a great opportunity to stumble upon a new wall or alley filled with colourful gems & familiar characters.

Not a bad start to 2015!
