I bought myself the ultimate (for me) birthday gift: a new camera! Welcome to the family, D7100 – you succeed a long line of very well loved Nikons. After a few days of very unfortunate weather I finally got a chance to put it to the test yesterday. I look forward to learning the ins and outs of it over the holidays.

The Best (!) Of Street Art Sunday, Edition #46: 52 Weeks, 365 Days Part I

Toronto the good, the beautiful, the simple. This city surprises me every day, granted those discoveries aren’t always positive. With patience and time, the good always outweighs the bad and the positive always prevails.

It’s hard to summarize a full year: 52 weeks, 365 days. Art is on the streets and the streets have become the art.  This is the best of the best.

Street Art Sunday, Edition #45: Change Of Plans, Part II

I’ve been to Montreal four times over the past five years.  I understand the city on the surface – I remember the neighbourhoods and I can navigate the metro.  Maps are foreign to me (google maps  I are not friends) but I understand the ground beneath my feet. I remember what I’ve walked – more so when I’ve photographed the sights along the way.
